Low Resistance Transparent Conductive Film - Touch Panel
(The following spec. is an example. We can custom produce your product.)
ETAFILM is targeting at low resistance touch panel ( < 20 ohm)
. Now we developed two substrate (Glass and PC (polycarbonate)) conductive film coating.
Glass Transparent Conductive (ITO) Coating:
This conductive touch panel is base on the traditional optical glass substrate. Using Thermal E-gun evaporation (PVD) coated with target material of Indium Tin Oxide (ITO). Although most producers adapted Magnetron Sputtering Deposition which can produce large substrate and with low cost. But the resistance of magnetron sputtering is high (above 200 ohm). For some special usage, low resistance conductive film is required. The E-gun thermal evaporation can produce such low resistance conductive film in spite of the substrate size is limited and expensive than Magnetron Sputtering.

PC (Polycarbonate) Transparent Conductive Film Coating:
This conductive touch panel coating is base on optical PC (polycarbonate) substrate.Traditional substrate of conductive film coating is optical glass. ETAFILM developed unique PC substrate coating. The superiority of PC is
its un-fragility. This make PC substrate has broader usage opportunity.
