亿达薄膜股份有限公司目标为低电阻的导电膜镀膜(小于20奥姆) . 目前我们已发展出两种基板的导电膜镀膜(玻璃Glass and 塑料PC (polycarbonate))制程.

 

玻璃导电膜镀膜(ITO):
玻璃基板导电膜使用传统的光学玻璃基板,以物理性电子枪热蒸发镀制ITO钯材的导电膜.虽然大部分的生产者是以"磁控溅镀"设备来生产大尺寸的导电膜触控面板,不过磁控溅射方式所生产出来的导电膜,电阻值平均都在200奥姆以上.对某些需要低电阻的需求来说,虽然热蒸发制程方式的价格要昂贵些,尺寸也不能太大.但是热蒸发方式的电阻值可以非常小,符合低电阻的需求.

PC (Polycarbonate) 透明导电膜镀膜:
这个制程方式是镀膜在PC基板上,目前透明导电膜镀膜,大都是以玻璃基板为主,亿达薄膜独家开发了PC板制程方式,虽然电阻值在400上下,不过PC基板不容易破裂的特性,使得这个产品的应用性很高.

Bending curvature radius <150mm Check the resistance to cracking of attached material coatings on substrates of sheet plastic. Change of sheet resistance <=10%.
